Dr Riley

We are sad to be saying goodbye to Dr Riley.

Dr Riley has been at the Surgery since qualifying as a GP and has been a highly valued member of the team.

Whilst it is our loss, it will be another Surgeries gain as he moves to a Surgery (not in Surrey Heath) to progress his career as a Partner.

We wish him all the very best.

If you are a patient of Dr Rileys you will be reallocated a new GP but not until the pandemic level is lower – at the moment as I hope you appreciate it is all hands to the deck. We do recommend that you try to see the same GP for continuity. More on new appointment availability coming soon.

Park Road Group Practice Patient Participation Group

The idea of a practice-based Patient Participation Group (PPG) is to represent the views of patients to the surgery's doctors and their colleagues on such things as the quality of care, appointment systems and opening times.
The PPG is made up of  registered patient members covering a cross section of ages from 18 - 84 years

If you would like to be involved and have your say in how the practice is run, why not join the Patient Participation Group (PPG)? You would receive occasional questionnaires from the PPG or Practice, enabling you to give your views.

If you would like to join or have any questions regarding the PPG, please contact the Care Coordinators Carol-Ann or Linzi at our Heatherside site on 01276 64758
